S&OP Game — supply chain simulation
Each player holds one link and only sees their neighbours. Inspired by the MIT Beer Game, adapted to today's supply chain constraints — with no preparation work for the participants.
3
players are enough. One seat per link, held alone or in pairs — the engine holds the seats left free.

installation. Everything runs in a browser, on any device.
0
accounts to create for the players, and no preparation work.

debriefing report, produced automatically at the end of the game.
How to run it ?
Customize the number of rounds, duration, process names and stock icon. A pre-made supply chain is waiting if you want to start straight away.
Each player gets a link, takes a role, and only sees their direct neighbours. That missing information is what produces the bullwhip effect — and the learning.
Review with the team the challenges they faced, backed by a complete automated report: stock, backlog, orders and costs, player by player and round by round.
